MILTON OF CRATHES STAFF ROSTER - 18 July/ 26 September 2010

There is an IMMEDIATE need for Volunteers to staff shop and tearoom.

Currently, we're rostering three Volunteers per day (one in Shop (S), one in Cafe (M) & one as back up) from 10.45 until 16.30. Opening time for Trains is 11.00 and please note that extra assistance in setting up etc. may be available from the operating crew and Duty Officer; check workbooks for details.

As usual, (M) denotes Cafe Volunteer / milk provider & i/c. Staff are reminded on arrival to confirm attendance with Duty Officer (name & number on Office whiteboard), sign in and check workbooks for any updates, amendments or duty instructions (inc. safety briefing). Cafe staff are reminded to remove all rubbish at closing time including Private Events, please.
Details of Private Events will be posted on the Roster and alternative arrangements notified.

Please note extra demands on 21 & 22 August - Steam Rally Days .....
